3D Workshop

In your interactive design workshop, we build and edit 3D models of your Club space through our software programs, which allow you to make decisions on the spot.

Furniture Showroom

Our Silverwater showroom contains more than 600 commercial products, where our design consultants can assist you to select the best and most suitable furniture for your space.

Material Studio

We have a wide range of decorative products and materials such as lighting, tiles, floor boards and laser cut screens. Our Interior Designers help select the right product for your venue, then input chosen finishes into the concept design.

FURNITURE SHOWROOM + MATERIAL STUDIO

Our 1000 sqm showroom and studio displays almost everything that is required for the cosmetic upgrade. This allows you to view, touch and feel all products and lock your selection into the design, saving you time and effort in having to source from different suppliers.

HIGHLY EFFICIENT PROCESS

Step 1. First Meeting
We have found that the most productive meetings in the first instance are held with us at HC Group. Here, we will listen to you and gain a full understanding of your short, medium and long terms plans and discuss the proposed project in detail.
We will explain and demonstrate our capabilities to you so you can see how the Design Workshop and our product offering can inspire you and fill your mind with endless possibilities.

Step 2. Second Meeting
Based on the design brief, we work together in gathering images of inspiration in preparation for the Workshop.

Step 3. Case Studies
The Big Day! It’s a long and incredibly rewarding day, so get a good night’s sleep and be ready for a full day working with our Interior Designer and consultants. With an empty 3D model of your space projected on the big screen we systematically work through the 4 stages of functional design:
1. Creating walkways and zoning areas of space
2. Space Planning
3. The design look and selection of products
4. Initial costing and concept design renders

Step 4. Design Workshop
Upon approval of the final concept design, we provide a formal quotation for the project, including final design renders and a walkthrough video of the newly designed space.

Step 5. Formal Quotation And Walk-through Video
One of the benefits of working with us is that we are very open and transparent in our dealings with clients. The manufacturing lead time for each product and each factory will differ. It’s a progressive process. Then there is importing and shipping. There are many items that make up a project and they all need project managing to reach completion. We work closely with our factories and suppliers to ensure items are made correctly and arrive on time. This happens by design, not by default and you are kept informed every step of the way.

Step 6. Installation
We offer a customised installation programme with each project and the level of involvement from the Club will differ each time.

We Encourage FRUGAL + SMART SPENDING

PROJECT FINANCING

HC Group work with many Clubs where every dollar counts. We recycle existing products should they fit with the new design and we encourage frugal and smart spending.
Some Clubs know they must improve their facilities in order to survive as a relevant venue to their community and many see opportunity for generating new income but don’t always have the cash at the time they need it, to see those ideas through.
To this end, HC Group proudly partner with Relion Finance in refurbishment projects to offer financial products specifically tailored to support Clubs in driving their business forward.
Relion Finance provide a tailored approach towards the finance of fit-outs and refurbishments of Clubs offering an end to end finance solution that helps a Club’s business and it’s cash flow.
Finance is available for all of HC Group’s products along with construction, services, and stock. Pay nothing upfront, claim payments as a Tax deduction (keep it off the balance sheet), and own it for $1.
With a simple application Clubs can have finance approved quickly so they can get their project started.
